Our team of experts will work closely with you to ensure a clear understanding of your desired outcomes. With our Interior Renderings/Interior Architecture Package, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of how your space will look and feel before any physical changes take place. This invaluable insight allows you to make informed decisions, make adjustments as needed, and ultimately create a harmonious and inviting environment that suits your personal taste.

The Process
Consultation: You’ll start by filling out our client design quiz that will help in discovering your wants and needs and then we will meet for an initial 1-2 Hour in-person consultation to discuss the details.
Design plan and contract: Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and style preference, we will put together a design plan and timeline that will cover all aspects of your project and associated costs. Once your contract is confirmed & initial design fee is paid you will receive a design plan & mood board, a formal measure of space for purchases, and product selection options (lighting, fixtures, custom interiors, etc). Once items have been approved, your initial invoice payment will be due so we may begin placing orders through our Trade Teams and adjust our install timeline to adapt to the arrival of your items.
Install Day: This is when it all comes together and our vision comes to life. Many of your items will arrive prior to install day, however, it is not uncommon to experience delays in shipping. We are not responsible for delays from merchandise companies but we do our best to ensure we receive, verify and organize each item prior to installation. On install day we will have a handyman and crew scheduled to come build items as needed and install all furnishings.
Photography: We take before and after photos of each project to help in the design process as well as show the impact of what was done. All photography will be provided to you and utilized for current or future marketing unless otherwise requested.
E-design Packages
Love what we do but aren't close by? We can work with you on a design for your home and provide you with a full layout for you to furnish your home with our guidance. With our eDesign Packages, you can enjoy the convenience of working with our expert team from the comfort of your own home. No matter the distance, we'll be there to help you transform your space into a reflection of your unique personality and style.
The Process
