At Modern Heritage, we offer comprehensive services for planning and construction, bringing your dream renovation or home build to life. Our experienced team of architects, designers, and builders work closely with you to understand your vision, requirements, and budget. From conceptualization to project completion, we handle all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
The Process
01 CONSULTATION
We’ll start with an introductory call to help in discovering your wants and needs. If at that point it sounds like we have alignment, then we will meet for an initial 1-2 Hour in-person consultation to discuss the details and take initial measurements.
02 ESTIMATE & CONTRACT
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and style preference, we will put together an estimate with timeline that will cover all aspects of your project and associated costs. Once your estimate is confirmed we will receive your scheduling deposit to lock in your project on our calendar. From there we will begin your design selections so everything is ready to go by the time you are set to start. Once items have been approved, your initial invoice payment will be due so we may place custom materials orders and begin work onsite.
03 DEMO DAY & TIMELINES
After taking some before pictures of your space, the transformation begins. This is when everything gets opened up and we can ensure no unseen issues with the existing structure. If all goes well then we do a remeasure and visual planning so we can continue on with our schedule. Throughout the build, we will perform quality checks and any adjustments as needed. We will work with you hand in hand to keep things on track
04 FINAL WALKTHROUGH & PHOTOGRAPHY
When all the work has been completed, we will perform a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is satisfactory and no items were missed. At this time your final bill will be paid and you are ready to move back in! When applicable, we will take ‘after’ photos of your project to show the impact of what was done. All photography will be provided to you and utilized for current or future marketing unless otherwise requested.f
